The Daily Focus:

  • One two-minute video is uploaded to introduce the focus of the day

The first eight chapters of Positive Intelligence by Shirzad Chamine are in audiobook format.

Every weekend, a one-hour video is uploaded to the app which kicks off the week – and which participants have the whole weekend to watch or listen to before their Pod meeting.

For four days a week starting on Tuesday, a new Daily Focus is uploaded and participants go back to the app five times throughout the day for two minutes or less each time to practice (so a max of 10 minutes/day).

Once a week, ideally on Mondays or Tuesdays, participants have: Either a group coaching meeting in a Pod with their PQ Coach or a private meeting with their PQ Coach, to share and support you in your learning and progress.

Mental Fitness Advantage Schedule

Week 1 - Preparing for the Mental Fitness Advantage

Within 24 hours of registration, you will receive email instructions on how to access the PQ app. Use this time to explore the dashboard, modules, PQ gym, and introductory chapters of the Positive Intelligence book by Shirzad Chamine.

Week 2 - Boost Your Self Command Muscle

You will learn innovative PQ reps to strengthen your self-command muscle. This makes it so you are in charge of your choices and behavior rather than the survival Saboteurs which do their best to keep you in the comfort zone of a scared child. You are declaring that I’m the one in charge and am intentionally creating the life and relationships I want.  
Self-command is the key to becoming aware of and catching mental habits that don’t line up with what you really want to do and rewiring your brain to naturally work for you. You will specifically…
● Discover which PQ rep style works best for you
● Declare your goal for the end of the six weeks for your confidence and ability to connect and create healthy relationships
● Use the app’s PQ muscle meter to do the minimum PQ reps to rewire the brain for your goal

Week 3 : Intercept the Judge Saboteur

You’ll intercept and weaken the most destructive saboteur, the Judge. You discover how judging yourself, others, and circumstances is a key source of your stress and quite damaging to your confidence, courage, and relationships. Most participants discover their Judge to be far more prevalent and damaging than they suspected. You will specifically…

  • Expose the Judge’s hidden lies, limiting beliefs, and negative patterns
  • Reveal your Judge’s impact on faith, confidence, relationships, and stress
  • Practice intercepting your Judge before it takes over and runs the show
  • Weaken and rewire your negative neural pathways by redirecting the Judge’s automatic reaction to having a say and choice in the matter

Week 4 : Intercept the Accomplice Saboteurs

This week you intercept and weaken the top accomplice to the Judge Saboteur, identified through the Saboteur Assessment from the following: Avoider, Controller, Hyper-Achiever, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-Vigilant, Pleaser, Restless, Stickler, Victim.

  • Expose the accomplice Saboteur’s hidden lies, limiting beliefs and negative patterns
  • Reveal this Saboteur’s impact on faith, confidence, relationships, and stress
  • Discover how to quickly intercept this Saboteur before it takes over and runs the show
  • Weaken and rewire your negative neural pathways by redirecting this Saboteur’s automatic reaction to having a say and choice in the matter

Week 5 : Shift from Saboteur to Sage

With the Saboteurs exposed and weakened, it is now time to strengthen the Sage, who you really are, and God working through you. The Sage lives in an entirely different part of your brain, generates all your positive emotions, brings out your natural levels of confidence, and achieves peak performance through a calm and clear mind in work and relationships.

  • Practice and develop the Sage Perspective that every outcome or circumstance can be turned into a gift and opportunity.
  • Use the 3 Gifts Technique to find the opportunity in setbacks and unfavorable instances.
  • Replace draining self-judgment with energizing self-acceptance and empathy.
  • Boost speed of recovery from seemingly failures and setbacks.

Week 6 : Boost the Sage Powers

The Sage enables five primary powers, which are your natural powers as a human being and a gift from God. Analogous to the 3 primary colors, these 5 powers recombine to form all of the emotional intelligence competencies considered crucial to success in work and relationships. The Judge has been beating you and others up so much for so long that we forget to empathize with ourselves as we naturally did as children. With the Judge exposed and weakened already, this is the time to strengthen and build that muscle so we can be free of worries and faults and enjoy life as children running through a park.
● Reclaim your natural powers as a human being.
● Practice 3 techniques to activate each power.
● Know when to use which power or the right tool at the right time.
● Boost emotional intelligence through combinations of the five primary powers to be confident, connect with others. and have healthy relationships

Week 7: Take Clear-Headed, Laser Focused Action

Use your Sage’s Navigate and Activate powers to take clear-headed, laser-focused, decisive action. The Saboteurs motivate to take action by pushing to exhaustion and now you use the Sage to be pulled towards what you want.
● Use your Sage’s Navigate power to align your actions with a deeper sense of meaning and purpose.
● Use your Sage’s Activate power to act without fear or emotional distractions even in midst of great crises.
● Discover your Sage’s deep wisdom, far surpassing your analytical intelligence and more useful for connecting with God, others, and creating meaningful relationships.
● Discover how your Sage generates your highest performance while enjoying every step–“in the zone.”
