Or any day for that matter.
Today, a Sunday, I didn’t even crack open my Hero On A Mission (HOAM) Life Plan or Daily Planner.
AND I FELT NO GUILT OR SHAME!
That feels refreshing.
The truth is: the more often you read your Life Plan and use your Daily Planning sheets, the more productive you’ll be. Which increases your sense of meaning in life. That’s cool!
But you don’t have to do this every day.
You can choose to read your Life Plan just once a week. Or every single day. Or anything in between.
You can choose to fill out a Daily Planner sheet only once a week. Or you could aim for three days a week…or six…or seven.
The point is: You get to choose!
So, choose what works best for you.
I’d recommend 4-5 days/week to start. That’s what I’ve been doing and I’ve found after two months that this has been enough repetition to impact my daily thoughts and behaviors so I’m more focused and productive and fully engaged in a mission that matters.
That’s the goal!
Then adjust accordingly after two months. Then again at six months. Then again after a year.
The key: don’t allow being a HOAM to put uncomfortable pressure on yourself that leads to failure, guilt, and/or shame.
Use it to fuel your life and dreams. Not diminish them.
