Day 30: The Power of Goal Partners

by Jan 30, 2021HOAM Elements, HOAM Insights, Weekends0 comments

I love the Goal Planning worksheets in the Hero On A Mission (HOAM) Life Plan.

Each worksheet has a handful of special features that utilizes aspects of human psychology to help.

One of those features are the “Goal Partners.”

Goal Partners aren’t accountability partners. They aren’t cheerleaders.

They’re people you enlist to accomplish the goal with you. True partners.

  • Today I felt the power of a Goal Partner.
  • One of my goal milestones was the start of a Bible Book Club as part of my involvement in the Creo Collective.

Until yesterday I only had one other person committed to the group. I told her we’d probably need to postpone the start.

She volunteered to help me find people.

Within 24 hours we had a full group of nine people.

That’s the power of a Goal Partner.
